When a bully cruelly ridicules his sweetheart's hard work, he must find the courage to overcome his fears in order to protect her. Will it be scarier to face a heartless bully, or to profess his budding love?

Nicolás y el patito migrante
The Digital Arts school from Tecnológico de Monterrey, along with migrant home Casanicolás, collaborated in 2021 on a project aimed at the children from Casanicolás.
The project consisted of creating concept art and mock ups for Casanicolás' story book "Nicolás y el pajarito migrante" (Nicolás and the migrant bird).
In this project, I worked along other Digital Arts students to come up with an idea for a comic book inspired by Casanicolas' story book.
Through character design explorations, and further discussion with the art team and Casanicolás, the bird in our comic book is a duck, thus renaming the story "Nicolás y el patito migrante" (Nicolas and the migrant duckling).
